Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Refund Requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a full refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
In order to ensure all criteria is met, each case will be carefully inspected. if the product does not meet the necessary requirements, as stated above, we reserve the right to not offer a refund.
Proof of Purchase
Along with giving us the necessary information showing the product is defective or not as described, you will need to provide proof of purchase. This can be a receipt or purchase order. Without any proof of purchase, we understandably cannot provide a refund.
Refund Only
To be as sustainable as possible, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, as mentioned above, we will refund immediately for any defective or incorrectly sent products. Please contact us at support@shopkalmpet.com if you have any issues with your order.
